Well, my boy Erik married Miriah on Saturday. It was a wonderful day, preceded by a great week. We had lots of family come for the wedding; it was so good to see them all. We had the rehearsal dinner at the Waffle House, that was unusual, but so much fun. We have been praying for sunny weather ever since they got engaged, and the week before was so yucky. Rain, rain, and more rain. Friday was stormy, and Saturday morning showed the same. Since they had wanted an outdoor wedding at the Shrine, they had to have a plan B. The Chapel was plan B. As we were driving out to the Shrine blue sky was right over it. Should we have an outdoor wedding afterall? They decided to go ahead and have it at the Chapel, even though the sun kept shining at times. It was a wonderful ceremony.
After they were pronounced husband and wife and went outside, there was sun! God stopped the storm, and gave us wonderful weather for the rest of the day. He is so amazing.
I am so blessed to have Brian Ewing as my Pastor, I wouldn't want anyone else to marry my boys.

The groomsmen and bridesmaids were quite colorful, handsome and beautiful.. here are David, the bestman, and Karla.
